Birmingham International Airport is the midlands gateway to Europe and the largest outside of London in terms of passenger numbers the airport is now home to many scheduled and charter services to over 100 domestic and international destinations and being located in the heart of England makes it the perfect business airport.

Birmingham Airport boasts an array of retail outlets and plenty of choice for your shopping needs to match inner city shopping malls, with an abundance of restaurants offering a wide choice of food styles to suit every palate. The airport provides Baby changing facilities on both terminals

Business Lounges

Terminal 1 – Business lounges handled by Aviance and Servisair offer extensive lounge facilities for their customer airlines with business services in each lounge. Air France/KLM passengers have dedicated business lounge facilities these are clearly marked upon entering the Departure Lounge. Terminal 2 - Flybe Business Executive Lounge is located in the Departure Lounge.

By Rail – Birmingham Airport is one of the best served airports outside of London by rail with over 250 train departures per day. 9 trains per hour arrive at Birmingham Airport from Birmingham New Street Center. The Railway station is only 500 meters from the Airport passenger terminals the station is linked to the terminals by the frequent free shuttle taking only 2 minutes from Train to Plane.

By Bus - Birmingham International Airport is served by a network of local buses. The main services are 900 and 966 they operate from early morning to late at night including weekends and bank holidays. There are no overnight services. All the buses stop in front of Terminal 1.

By Car - Birmingham International Airport is located 8 miles (13km) east of Birmingham City Centre situated on the A45 close to the motorway network only 1 mile from Junction 6 of the M42. There are connections to the M1, M5, M6, M6 Toll and M40. Birmingham Airport is clearly sign posted on the motorways and the newly opened M6 Toll road provides a congestion-free alternative to the M6 between junctions 4 and 11.
