Cut out the stress of airport parking with this superb Meet and Greet service from Gatwick Airparks. You’ll be met at the terminal where one of our chauffeurs will park your car for you, returning it when you arrive back at the airport. Airparks Meet and Greet is a great option for those with a lot of luggage or anyone looking to save time on the day of their flight.
Arrival Procedures
The driver will be at the meeting point at your designated meeting time and will wait for up to 15 minutes after the meeting time, unless you have phoned the car park in advance of arrival, in which case the driver will be paged and will wait longer if possible. If you have not given us the terminal information at the time of booking then please call 0800 281 701 at least 24hrs before arrival. Please note that on meet for departure the driver will be required to complete a Vehicle Inspection report that identifies any damage or marks on your vehicle and you will be asked to sign the report. Should you fail to leave adequate time to complete this process the car park Airparks cannot be held responsible for any claims in respect of damage to your vehicle that has not been recorded within the report.
Departure Procedures
You will have been given instructions when you meet the driver on your outbound departure. If you lose these instructions after your departure call Freephone 0800 281 701 when you are ready to leave the terminal and ask for instructions on where to meet the driver.
How to Get There
Take the M23 to Gatwick Airport leave the motorway for the airport and follow signs for South Terminal Follow the signs for the passenger drop off and proceed past both sets of traffic lights to the far end using both right and left hand bays. The Chauffeur will be wearing an Airparks orange hi-visibility waistcoat and will be looking for your car.
North Terminal Follow the signs for the flight departures taking you to the upper level. You will be met in the cars only lane. The Chauffeur will be wearing an Airparks Airparks orange hi-visibility waistcoat and will be looking for your car.
Transfers
No transfers will be required as you are met at both ends of your journey at your airport terminal.
Security Measures
The compound where your car is stored has twenty four hour security with CCTV, regular patrols and full security barriers. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.
Disabled Facilities
The service is suitable for disabled passengers, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
General Information
Airparks are unable to carry bikes, surfboards, canoes or other large objects which do not fit onto luggage racks on their buses. If you are bringing large items with you we suggest you drop them off at the airport before parking your car. Remember to check beforehand that your airline will accept them for carriage. It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy, holds a valid MOT certificate and displays a valid road tax license.
Insurance
Your vehicle is fully insured to be driven by Airparks members of staff. Parking is always at the vehicle owner’s own risk.
