Business Parking Pink Elephant [London Heathrow] Terminals 1, 2 and 3 only
Business Parking for the business traveler is operated by Pink Parking at Heathrow and less than 1 mile from the terminals with transport time only 4 to 8 minutes with frequent transfer every couple of minutes providing a fast safe and secure business parking option.
Arrivals
When you arrive at the barrier your registration number will be automatically recognized and let you in, a ticket will be issued showing your registration number booking details and time of entry. In the event of any difficulties you can talk to an operator by pressing help at the barrier.
Departure Procedures
Simply go to your car drive towards the exit barrier insert the ticket that was issued to you upon arrival the barrier will open and your free to exit If you experience any difficulties, please press the call button for assistance.
How to get There
Easily accessible from the M4 Heathrow Business Parking as you take the approach road to the airport you will see a sign for Business Parking follow the signs for Business Parking taking you to the northern perimeter road till you arrive at Business Parking.
Transfers
A FREE shuttle operates every few minutes to terminals 1, 2 & 3 from 05.30 to 22.30, outside these hours transfers are available upon request. Transfers from the terminal depart from outside arrivals at the Business Parking bus stops.
Security
Business Parking is manned 24 hours a day, with security fencing, lighting, CCTV and frequent security patrols. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.

General Information
Business parking is only available for Heathrow Terminals 1, 2 and 3 Terminals 4 and 5 bookings are NOT available at this car park due to size and security reasons, panel sided vans and minibuses are not accepted by law. Please also note that your booking cannot be amended within 1 day of your arrival. This car park was branded as Pink Elephant. Please note that parking charges are calculated in periods of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park until the time you depart. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park’s standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
Insurance
Parking is always at the owner’s own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of the car park which are available at reception.
