Long Stay [London Stansted]
The Stansted Long Term secured parking facility is located adjacent to the airport operating an excellent service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It is well known for its first class parking service at Stansted airport.
Arrival
When you arrive at the long stay car park entry barrier DO NOT press the button to get an entry ticket. Simply Insert same credit card used to make the booking (last 4 digits shown on your confirmation) with the magnetic strip facing down and to the right – A ticket will be issued containing your unique booking reference and the barrier will open. A ticket will NOT be issued if the wrong credit card is used. Either, insert the correct card or press the button to obtain an entry ticket. Follow signs to the open zone.
Departure Procedures
PLEASE NOTE THIS COULD COST YOU UNLESS YOU DO IT CORRECTLY
On return trip go to the pick-up point on the terminal forecourt to collect the courtesy bus. If you entered using your credit card, drive to the exit barrier and insert the entry ticket issued with the booking reference on it. The barrier will open. No money will be taken from your card unless you have stayed longer than booked. If you took an entry ticket you must report to the manned kiosk on exit (blue booth), where you’re booking will be processed manually. DO NOT insert a credit card at the exit barrier as you will be charged again at the standard gate rate.
Transfers
Transfers operate 24 hours to and from the airport operate approx. every 20 minutes taking only 10-15 minutes. Please allow 45 minutes from arrival to enter, park & transfer to terminal.
How to Get There
Stansted Airport is easily accessed from the M11 motorway leaving at junction 8 and then the taking A120. The M11 can be taken directly from the north east or via the M25 from the south and west. Stansted Long Term Car Park is well signposted as you approach the Airport simply follow the signs
Security Measures
Long Term Car Park at Stansted is fully secured with night lighting, CCTV, security fencing, 24 hour staff and regular site patrols to keep you and your car safe.
Disabled Facilities
Designated Disabled Parking bays for Blue Badge holders are situated in Zone Q. Use the help points in bus stops to request pick up for transfer to the terminal. Wheelchair access on courtesy coaches is available.
General Information
Please note that parking charges are calculated in periods of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park until the time you depart. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park’s standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
Insurance
Stansted Long Stay car park Offers free cover for damage resulting from any act or omission on the part of its servants or agents. Parking is at vehicle owner’s own risk.
