Long Stay Plus [London Gatwick] South Terminal
Long Stay Plus has transfers available every 10 minutes, 24 hours a day. These only take three minutes for a transfer to the South terminal. For maximum convenience you will be dropped on the upper forecourt, adjacent to the terminal entrance – this is ideal for direct access to the terminal building.
Arrival Procedures
On arrival the barrier will open automatically. Customers must then proceed to the reception where they will be asked to present their Holiday Extras booking confirmation. They will then hand in their car keys and be given a receipt. Your vehicle will be parked by valet staff leaving you free to board the courtesy coach to the terminal.
Departure Procedures
On return, transfer buses will now pick up passengers from the South Terminal on the UPPER forecourt. At the car park, go to reception with the receipt issued on entry and exchange this for your keys. Your car will be parked in a bay close by ready for you to exit the car park.
How to Get There
Take the M23 to Gatwick Airport taking the exit for the airport keeping to inside lane, exit left at the first roundabout (J9a) and follow signs for South Terminal. Get into the left hand lane and Keeping on the inside lane, exit left at the next roundabout following signs for the South terminal. Then take the second exit on the left, sign posted Long Term car park. Follow signs for Long Stay South, bear left until you reach the entrance barrier for Long Stay South Plus car park.
Transfers
Transfer available every 10 minutes, 24 hours a day. These take only 2 – 3 minutes for a transfer to the South terminal. Exclusive to BAA car parks – you are delivered direct to the upper forecourt ready for your departure and picked up again from the upper forecourt on your arrival. This ensures easy access to check in on departure and swift access to transfers on your return.
Security Measures
Car park is manned 24 hours a day, frequently patrolled and enclosed by security fencing. There is also comprehensive CCTV in place for added security.
Disabled
Long Stay Plus is Suitable for Blue badge holders. The reception building and all courtesy coaches are fully DDA compliant.
General Information
Trailers are not permitted in this car park. Please note that parking charges are calculated in periods of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park until the time you depart. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park’s standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate. (Formerly Park Plus)
Insurance
The car park indemnifies customers for vehicle damage resulting from any proven act of negligence on its part and reported prior to leaving the site.
