Maple Manor Meet and Greet [London Gatwick]

This package includes a chauffeured parking service in which your car is also cleaned whilst you are away and operates from both the North and South Terminal. Valet includes exterior wash/shampoo, hand leather dry and is included in your booking fee at a cost of £9.95

Arrival Procedures
When you arrive at the airport you will be met by a uniformed driver who will check over your car, collect your email booking confirmation and take your car keys (please separate any keys not relating to your vehicle). Your car will be driven to a secure compound while you proceed directly to check in.

Departure Procedures
Only once you have collected your baggage and are ready to clear customs, simply call 07801 142165 OR 01293 776447, then proceed to arrivals. Your car will be delivered to the same point where you were met on arrival for you to collect and drive home.

How to Get There

Please call Maple Manor on 01293 863 322 between 8am and 8pm, 24 HOURS AFTER THE BOOKING IS MADE online to confirm the exact details. Whilst you are travelling to the airport and approximately 10 minutes away from Gatwick, call maple Manor on 07801 142165 or if busy 01293 776447 to confirm that you are nearby. Your driver will then be dispatched and you will there to meet you at the terminal specified in your booking. Follow the directions below to meet your driver.

South Terminal As you drive into the Main Entrance to Gatwick South Terminal, keep to the offside lane. DO NOT go to the Upper Level. Follow signs for Arrivals. As the road bends round to the right you will see the Car Rental building on the left. Keep going past 2 sets of pedestrian lights. After passing 2 sets of pedestrian lights, pull over on the left or right hand side of the road. This is where the driver will meet you.

North Terminal As you drive into the main entrance to Gatwick North take the middle lane. Do not go to the upper level. Follow the signs for cars only (marked with a car sign on the road surface). Drive to the other end of this road where you will be met outside the car rental building. Look out for a driver with a Maple Manor board. This is where the driver will meet you.

Transfers

No transfers necessary once your car is picked up by one of our drivers you proceed directly to check in!

The compound to which your car is taken is fully fenced or manned

Disabled Facilities
Maple Manor cannot drive specially adapted vehicles but otherwise welcomes bookings from disabled customers.

General Information
IMPORTANT – If you are returning ahead of schedule, you must give Maple Manor at least 24 hours notice so as to ensure that your car is ready upon your return. There is a £2.50 charge for pick up or drop off from 00:00 until 06:30. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay you will be charged extras on your return at the car park standard daily rate. Please note no refund will be issued for part use stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate. THE VALETING SERVICE INCLUDES EXTERIOR HAND WASH WITH SHAMPOO-WAX AND LEATHER DRIED, AND IS INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING FEE AT A COST OF £9.95. It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy, holds a valid MOT certificate and displays a valid road tax license.

Insurance
All cars parked or stored with Maple Manor will be on a proven direct negligence basis. Any loss or damage claims for vehicles must be made prior to the vehicle being handed over by Maple Manor. All vehicles will only be driven by qualified drivers and under Maple Manor’s own specialist road risk insurance. Parking is at owner’s own risk subject to printed terms and conditions.
