Arrival Procedures
South-Drive to the Valet Parking Reception point, turning left off the lower forecourt road, and report to the Valet Parking reception. The valet staff will complete acceptance forms and park your vehicle for you. If you have not given us the terminal information at the time of booking then please call 01293 502347 at least 24hrs before arrival to reconfirm.
Departure Procedures
On arrival, please telephone a member of the valet staff from the arrivals hall. Your car will be waiting for you at the pick-up point on the lower level, where you left your vehicle on arrival.
How to Get There
Take the M23 to Gatwick Airport taking the exit for the airport keeping to inside lane, exit left at the first roundabout (J9a) and follow signs for South Terminal. Get into the left hand lane and follow signs for Valet Parking, staying on the lower level. Drive past the car rental offices on the left, take the next turning on the left for Valet Parking. Reception is just inside the terminal entrance. If you have not given us the terminal information at the time of booking then please call 01293 502347 at least 24hrs before arrival to reconfirm.
Transfers
There is no need for a transfer service as Collection of your car is from the pick-up point adjacent to the terminal entrance.
Security Measures
Your chauffeur will park your vehicle in a secure compound for the duration of your trip. The park is protected by security fencing, floodlights, cameras and regular patrols by staff.
Disabled Facilities
Valet parking is suitable for Blue Badge holders.
