Arrival
As you approach Terminal 5 proceed to Valet Parking by following the sign and arrive at the Valet Parking reception which is located on the departures forecourt. Simply park up and register at reception. Hand over your keys and trained Valet staff will park your car safely.
Departure
When you return your car will be waiting for you at the Valet Parking reception as our system will know your return flight details from your booking and be aware when the flight lands to bring your car to the reception area for you.
How to Get There
From the M4 follow signs for Terminal 5. Turn right onto Northern Perimeter Road and follow signs for T5, continuing along the Western Perimeter Road. The Valet Parking reception is situated on the upper forecourt of the terminal building

No transfers required as your in short walking distance of the terminal building

Valet parking is suitable for Blue Badge holders.
Security Measures
Your car will be parked in a BAA approved secure car park while you are away.
