Official Valet Parking NCP [London Stansted]

Stansted Airport Valet Parking offers cost effective and convenient meet and greet parking service for Stansted travelers. You will be met at Stansted terminal by a driver who will collect your car and take it to a secured storage area for airport parking. So you are free to check-in without the need for airport parking transfers.

Arrival Procedures
Drive to the Valet Parking drop off point at the far end of the set down lane on the arrivals forecourt. The Valet staff will complete acceptance forms and park your vehicle for you.

Departure Procedures
Upon your return follow signs to the Short Stay Car Park and then signs to Fast Track. Your keys should be collected from the Short Stay Customer Service building on the corner of the Fast Track Car Park. Contact telephone number: 01279 680095 please call on arrival.

How to Get There

Stansted Airport is easily accessed from the M11 motorway leaving at junction 8 and then the taking A120. The M11 can be taken directly from the north east or via the M25 from the south and west. On arrival at the terminal forecourt, enter the set down lane. The Valet Parking drop off point is located on this lane at the far end of the terminal building.

Transfers
Transfers are not required as you are met at the terminal.

Security Measures
Your car will be parked in a secure and official on-airport car park whilst you are away. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.

As no transfers are required your exit from your vehicle is at the terminal building upon return to the terminal seek information assistance if you require it

General Information
This service is operational 24hrs a day. To pre-book this service, ensure that you make your bookings 2 days before you are due to arrive at the car park. Please note that parking charges are calculated in periods of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park until the time you depart. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park’s standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.

Insurance
The valet operator indemnifies customers for vehicle damage resulting from any proven act of negligence on the part of its staff.
