Arrivals at Quality Parking Heathrow
When you arrive at the car park follow the signs to the Check In and proceed to the Car Scanner Area you will then be directed to the arrivals area by an operator. Once parked you should remove all personal belongings with you to the reception facility to hand over your keys and receive a vehicle voucher. We carry out a mileage and petrol check on your vehicle before it is moved to the main compound. A free courtesy bus with take you and your passengers to the terminal.
Departure from Quality Parking Heathrow
When you have cleared customs please call 0208 990 1302 giving your name and voucher number and instructions will be given to you informing you of the bus stop number and its location for you to return to the car park. Upon arrival at the car park and presentation of your vehicle voucher your keys will be returned to you and your car will be waiting for you in the returns area ready for you to depart.
How to get to Quality Parking Heathrow
Quality parking is easy to locate from the M4 if you’re travelling from a long distance from the east you will first take the M25 to approach the M4. Quality Airport Parking, London Heathrow is approx. 750yards down the A4 on the left.(Next door to the Premier Travel Inn hotel).
Transfers
Free Courtesy bus transfers operate on demand 24 hours a day from the car park to all Heathrow Terminals 1 to 5 and take between 5 to 12 minutes to destination
Security at Quality Parking
The car park has security fencing, lighting and CCTV in operation with controlled access barriers and 24 hour security patrols. The Quality Car park has been awarded the Park Mark which is confirmation that the parking facility has been vetted by the Police to make sure certain measures have been put in place and the environment is safe. The Park Mark is awarded to parking locations that are managed by responsible operators who are concerned about your welfare and the safety of your vehicle.

General Information
Quality Airport Parking is unable to carry skis, snowboards or bikes on their minibuses. You park at your own risk. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park’s standard daily rate. Please note: No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
Insurance
Parking is always at the owner’s own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of the car park which are available at reception. A condition report is carried out on all vehicles on arrival.
