A Meet & Greet Service operated by BCP now part of the Holiday Extras companies at Stansted Airport
Arrival Procedures
When you arrive at the airport the driver will meet you at your designated meeting time outside the new terminal, by the departure doors. The driver will be carrying a BCP name board for easy identification. The front of the terminal is strictly NO WAITING ZONE, do not leave your vehicle unattended for any reason or you will be subject to security, police action and tow away procedures. Our driver will be at the meeting point at your designated meeting time, and will wait for 15 minutes after the meeting time unless you have phoned us, in which case the driver can be paged and will wait longer.
Departure Procedures
When you return to the Airport your driver will meet you inside the terminal, in the arrivals area. The driver will be carrying a BCP name board for easy identification. Please do not go outside the terminal building, as this will delay the return of your vehicles to you. Once the driver has met you he will escort you to your vehicles. Due to police and security restrictions we are unable to bring your vehicle to the front of the terminal building.
How to Get There
Stansted Airport is easily accessed from the M11 motorway leaving at junction 8 and then the taking A120. The M11 can be taken directly from the north east or via the M25 from the south and west. Drive up to the main terminal building to meet your designated driver. The front of the terminal is strictly NO WAITING ZONE, do not leave your vehicle unattended for any reason or you will be subject to security, police action and tow away procedures. Our driver will be at the meeting point at your designated meeting time, and will wait for 15 minutes after the meeting time unless you have phoned us, in which case the driver can be paged and will wait longer.
Transfers
No transfers are required as you are met at the airport terminal.

The storage compound has Security Doors and 24 hour on site security

The car park welcomes bookings from disabled customers.
General Information
If you are planning to return before your expected return date, you must give BCP at least 12 hours notice or we cannot guarantee your vehicle will be ready on time. Full terms and conditions are available on request with the driver.
Insurance
The drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle on public roads. The car park accepts responsibility for damage proved to be caused by their own negligence and insured accordingly, but will not normally accept responsibility for the acts of a third party.
