Stansted Valet Parking [London Stansted]
A meet and greet service at Stansted for the executive traveler where your car will be collected from and brought back to the terminal.
Arrival
When you arrive at the airport proceed to the Set Down Area, which is the Lay By in front of the main terminal building, which is on the left as you drive up the ramp. A representative of Stansted Valet Parking will be waiting for you with a trolley for your luggage.
They will confirm your return details and take your keys, in the unlikely event of the road leading to the terminal is closed due to a security reason go to the RED ZONE of the Short Stay car park by the ticket machines. The appointed driver will meet you there at the designated time or call 0785 4246147 to advise we cannot guarantee that the driver will be there to meet you. A supplement of £20.00 applies if you require a pick up/drop off before 03:30hrs, this will be paid direct to the car park.
Departure Procedures
Upon your arrival back at the airport and you have cleared customs please call the pre-arranged number you received on arrival, where we will direct you to the correct area to collect your car. A supplement of £20.00 applies if you require a pick up/drop off between 01.00 03:30hrs, this will be paid direct to the car park.
Transfers
Transfers are not required as you are met at the terminal.
How to Get There
Stansted Airport is easily accessed from the M11 motorway, leaving at junction 8 and then the taking A120. The M11 can be taken directly from the north east or via the M25 from the south and west. You should proceed to the Set Down Area in the Lay By in front of the terminal building, which is on the left as you drive up the ramp leading to the terminal. A representative of Stansted Valet Parking will be waiting for you with a trolley for your luggage. If the road leading to the terminal is closed for security reasons proceed to Red Zone of the Short Stay car park by the ticket machines. Your driver will be waiting for you there. YOU ARE ASKED TO CALL THE CAR PARK THE DAY BEFORE YOU ARE DUE TO ARRIVE TO CONFIRM YOUR ARRIVAL PROCEDURE ON 0800 180 4023 BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 0800-1800hrs. IF YOU ARE ARRIVING ON A SATURDAY OR SUNDAY, YOU MUST CALL THE FRIDAY BEFORE.

The car park welcomes bookings from disabled customers.
General Information
A supplement of £20.00 applies if you require a pick up/drop off before 03:30hrs, this will be paid direct to the car park. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park’s standard daily rate. Please note: No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
