Arrival Procedures
Drive up to the entry barrier of the car park and press for a ticket to gain entrance to the compound and proceed to park your car in an available space. Proceed to the courtesy bus stand to transfer to the terminal building (this takes approximately five minutes). Please take your entry ticket and booking confirmation with you, as you will require this before you depart the airport terminal on your return.
Departure Procedures
On return to East Midlands, proceed to the MAAS Customer Services kiosk (located outside arrivals of the short stay car park) with your entry ticket and your booking confirmation. Your ticket will be validated and you should then proceed to return to the car park, and your vehicle, via the courtesy transfer bus. Drive your vehicle to the exit barrier and enter your validated ticket to gain exit from the car park.
Directions
From the North: leave the M1 at Junction 24 and, following the signs to the airport, take the A453 for approximately half a mile. Turn right into the airport. From the South: leave the M1 at Junction 23a and follow the signs to the airport. From the West: follow A50 to J24 then follow the signs to East Midlands airport. Upon your arrival at the airport, turn left at the first traffic island and follow the signs for the long term car park 7.

Please state you have parked in the short stay car park when you present your entry ticket and booking confirmation to the Short Term Information desk on your return.
