Security Measures
Long Stay Plus are holders of the Secured Car Parks Award, initiated by the Association of Chief Police Officers. The car park is protected by security fencing, floodlights, remote cameras and there are regular patrols by staff. Long Stay Plus is also a holder of Park Mark security award.
Arrival Procedures
Park in the arrivals area. Check in at reception, hand in your confirmation email (or quote your booking reference) along with your car keys. Your car will be parked for you whilst you transfer to the terminal.
Departure Procedures
Call Long Stay Plus on the number given to you at check-in, for your transfer back to the car park. Transfer buses now pick up passengers from the South Terminal on the UPPER forecourt. Go to reception and hand in voucher given to you on arrival to exchange for car keys. Your car will be waiting for you in the reception area.
Directions
From the North : Get onto the M25 via the M40 (Birmingham, Midlands), the M1 or the A1 from the North East. Once on the M25 head westbound (signposted Heathrow, Gatwick) until junction 7. Come off the M25 at junction 7 and take the M23 south for Gatwick. From the West: Join the M4 eastbound and then take the M25 south signposted for Heathrow and Gatwick. Come off the M25 at junction 7 and join the M23 southbound following the signs to Gatwick. If you're coming from the southwest take the M3 heading for London and join the M25 eastbound towards Gatwick. Leave the M25 at junction 7 and join the M23 south heading for Gatwick airport. From the South: From the Brighton area join the A23 northbound towards the M23 and London. Join the M23 and continue until junction 9. From the southeast take the M20 in the London direction. At junction 3 join the M26 signposted for Heathrow and Gatwick. Join the M25 at junction 5. Turn off the M25 at junction 7 and take the M23 south for Gatwick. From the East: Join the M25 from the A13 (Essex), or the M11. Head towards Dartford. Stay on the M25 through the Dartford crossing and keep going until junction 7. Come off the M25 at junction 7 and head south on the M23 signposted for Gatwick. From Junction 9 of the M23 Turn off the M23 and follow the signs for Gatwick. Carry on towards Gatwick. Stay in the left hand lane. At the first roundabout take the first turn off, following signs for the south terminal. Then take the second exit on the left, sign posted Long Term car park, At the end of this road, turn left following signs for Long Stay Plus.
Transfers
Transfers run every 20 minutes, 24hrs a day, taking just 5-10 minutes.
Information
Please also note that your booking cannot be amended within 1 day of your arrival. Please note that parking charges are calculated in periods of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park until the time you depart. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
