Security Measures
This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. Arrival Procedures
On arrival park in the reception area. Check in handing in your email confirmation (or quote your reference) and your keys. Your car is parked for you whilst you are transferred to the airport.
Departure Procedures
On return, transfer buses pick up passengers from the South terminal on the upper forecourt. On arrival at the car park your car will be ready for you to pick up from the returns area.
Directions
From the North : Join the M25 from the M40 (Birmingham, Midlands), the M1, or the A1 from the North East. Once on the M25 head westbound (signposted Heathrow, Gatwick) until junction 7. Leave the M25 at junction 7 and head southbound on the M23 (signposted Gatwick). From the West: Join the M4 eastbound and then head onto the M25 south signposted for Heathrow and Gatwick. Leave the M25 at junction 7 and join the M23 southbound following the signs to Gatwick. From the southwest join the M3 heading for London and then join the M25. Head east (signposted Gatwick) until junction 7. Leave at this junction and join the M23 southbound signposted for Gatwick airport. From the South: From Brighton join the A23 and head north toward the M23 and London. Join the M23 and continue to junction 9. From the southeast take the M20 and head for London. At junction 3 take the M26 signposted for Heathrow and Gatwick. Carry on west and join the M25 at junction 5. Leave the M25 at junction 7 and join the M23 south for Gatwick. From the East: Get on the M25 from the A13 (Essex), or the M11. Head south towards Dartford. Stay on the M25 through the Dartford crossing and all the way to junction 7. Leave the M25 at junction 7 and head south on the M23 signposted for Gatwick. From Junction 9 off the M23 Follow signs for Gatwick Airport. Go straight ahead at the first roundabout following signs for North Terminal. At the next roundabout take the third exit. Proceed past the BP petrol station on your right and then straight over the next small roundabout. Follow the road to the next roundabout, turn left and then take the first right following the signs to Long Stay 'Summer Special' car park.
Transfers
Transfers run every 20 minutes, taking just 5-7 minutes, 24hrs a day. Exclusive to BAA car parks - you are delivered direct to the upper forecourt ready for your departure and picked up again from the upper forecourt on your arrival. This ensures easy access to check in on departure and swift access to transfers on your return.
Information
This car park is located at the North terminal and transfers to the South terminal. If you are travelling from the North Terminal please book Summer Special North terminal. Please note that your booking cannot be amended within 1 day of your arrival. Car park cannot accept minibuses or vans (max. size 7ft width). Please note that parking charges are calculated in periods of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park until the time you depart. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate. Please note, that as of 28th January 2008 until further notice, reconstruction work will be commencing on the Northern Perimeter Road. This may lead to short delays accessing and exiting the car park at certain times of the day. Please ensure that you allow extra time to reach the car park, before transferring to the terminal to catch your flight.
