Arrival Procedures
Park at the arrivals area. Leave your car keys at the reception along with your confirmation e-mail voucher (if you do not have your voucher you can quote your booking reference) and check in. You will receive a plastic card, showing the number to call when you return for a transfer service back to the car park.
Departure Procedures
On arrival at the airport, follow signs for "Courtesy coaches". Coaches are located at the "Off Airport Car Parks" bus stop outside the terminal on the lower forecourt. For assistance, dial 64291 on the courtesy phone located next to the bus stop.
Directions
Leave the M23 at Junction 9, following signs for Gatwick Airport. At the first roundabout you come to go straight on. At the second roundabout turn right onto the A23. At the next roundabout turn left towards Charlwood. The car park is about a mile down this road on the left.
Transfers
Tranfers run every 20 minutes taking just 7-9 minutes to the North terminal only. Runing 24hrs a day.
Information
Holiday Parking is open 24 hours a day, from 1st March - 31st October. Please note that parking charges are calculated in periods of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park until the time you depart. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.

Orange badge holders are recommended to use the short-term parking on the airport site.
