Courtlands is the closest off-airport car park to Gatwick. It provides a speedy transfer to the airport - aided by a private road linking it to the airport. Free transfers run every 20 minutes on a 24 hour basis to the South Terminal.Please note: Bookings made at this special advance purchase price cannot be amended or cancelled. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. Arrival Procedures
Park in the arrivals area. Check-in at reception, hand-in your confirmation email (or quote your booking reference) along with your car keys. Your car will be parked for you whilst you transfer to the terminal.
Departure Procedures
Call Courtlands on the number given to you at check-in, for your transfer back to the car park. Transfer buses will now pick up passengers from the South Terminal on the UPPER forecourt. Go to reception and hand in voucher given to you on arrival to exchange for car keys. Your car will be waiting for you in the reception area.
Directions
Exit M23 at junction 10, signposted Crawley/East Grinsted. Follow the Crawley signs to the next roundabout, taking the 5th Exit and driving back on yourself on the A2011, towards the motorway. After approximately half a mile take the slip road on the left to Crematorium. Turn left at the T-junction on to the B2036 for Horley. Go straight on at the next roundabout and Courtlands' entrance is approximately half a mile on the left.
Transfers
Transfers run every 20 minutes, 24hrs a day, taking just 5-10 minutes to the South terminal only. Exclusive to BAA car parks - you are delivered direct to the upper forecourt ready for your departure and picked up again from the upper forecourt on your arrival. This ensures easy access to check in on departure and swift access to transfers on your return. (Only applicable for transfers to and from the South Terminal.)
Information
Please note that parking charges are calculated in periods of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park until the time you depart. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
