Security Measures
Holders of the Secured Car Parks award. The site is manned 24 hours a day, with security fencing, CCTV and frequent patrols by high profile security vehicles. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Arrival Procedures
On arrival, take a ticket from the barrier and proceed to the signposted area, park in an available space and go to the nearest bus stop for a transfer. You keep your car keys.
Departure Procedures
To transfer to the car park, go to the Long Stay Courtesy Coach pick up point at Terminal 4 to catch the Parking Express bus. On returning to your car drive to customer services and park. Hand over your printed confirmation (or quote your booking reference) and entry ticket in exchange for an exit ticket.
Directions
The best way to get to Heathrow is from the M4 motorway. The M4 can be accessed from junction 15 of the M25, and from the west country. This page gives details on how to get to the M4 and then Heathrow Parking Express. How to get to Junction 15 of the M25 From the North : Join the M25 via the M40 from Birmingham, Midlands or the M1 or A1 from the North East. On the M25 head westbound (signposted Heathrow, Gatwick) until you reach junction 15. From the West: Join the M4 and keep on to Heathrow. From the southwest join the M3 for London and then the M25 northbound for Heathrow. Leave at junction 15 and join the M4 heading for London and Heathrow. From the South: Take the A23 north towards the M23 and London. Join the M23 and continue until the M25. Take the M25 west for Heathrow. From the southeast take the M20 and head in the London direction. At junction 3 join the M26 signposted Heathrow and Gatwick. Join the M25 at junction 5. Come off the M25 at junction 15 and join the M4 signposted Heathrow and London. From the East: Join the M25 from the A13 (Essex), or the M11. Head southbound signposted for Dartford. Stay on the M25 all the way to junction 15. Come off the M25 at junction 15 onto the M4 heading for Heathrow and London. From the M4 Come off the M4 at junction 4 southbound following signs for Heathrow. Follow the motorway south until you come to the tunnel entrance (just before miniature Concorde). Take the first left before going under the bridge, and join the A4 heading towards London. Follow the A4 along, Parking Express is signposted on the right hand side.
Transfers
Transfers operate 24 hours a day to Terminal 4 every 10 minutes, taking approximately 15 minutes between 04.45 and 23.45. An on request service operates outside these hours.
Information
Please note that your booking cannot be amended within 1 day of your arrival. Please note that parking charges are calculated in periods of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park until the time you depart. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
Disabled Facilities
Yes, low floor buses with wheelchair spaces. There is also a BAA help bus available if requested in advance.
