Security Measures
Purple Parking are holders of the Secured Car Parks award, initiated by the Association of Chief Police Officers. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.
Arrival Procedures
You MUST call Purple Parking on 0845 8505859 24hrs after the booking has been made and no later than 2 days before arriving at the airport. The information they require is name, Holiday Extras booking reference, car details, flight numbers and times, and departure terminal. They will confirm all arrangements with you. Failure to confirm your booking may result in you not being met by the chauffeur.
Departure Procedures
You will be met by the chauffeur in the Car Lane outside Arrivals at all terminals, except Terminal 4, where you will be met in the car lane, which is the 4th lane accross from the building, outside Arrivals. Details will be confirmed and keys handed over.
Directions
Follow signs for Heathrow and then directions to your departure terminal. At terminals 2,3 & 4 the chauffeur will meet you outside departures in the lane signposted for cars. At Terminal 1, as you drive up the ramp, stay in the left hand lane, this will take you up to the chauffeur level where your chauffeur will meet you. The chauffeur will be wearing a black jacket and will be at the meeting point 5 minutes prior to your booked time of arrival and will wait for 15 minutes, if you are running early or late you should call Purple Parking on 0845 8505859. On your return, proceed to the car lane outside Departures where the Chauffeur will be waiting for you with your car. CUSTOMERS MUST CALL PURPLE PARKING AT LEAST 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE ARRIVAL DATE TO CONFIRM EXACT DETAILS ON 0845 8505859. Terminal 5 - If there is any change to your meeting time, please telephone our helpline direct on 0845 850859 or international on +4420 8867 4564. Our Chauffeur will be wearing a black jacket and will meet you halfway along the car lane outside Departures which is the furthest lane from the terminal.

YOU MUST COMPLETE ALL FIELDS ON THE BOOKING INCLUDING CAR DETAILS AND FLIGHT NUMBERS/TIMES AND CONTACT PURPLE PARKING ON 0845 8505859 TO CONFIRM EXACT DETAILS 24HRS AFTER MAKING THE BOOKING. The Meet & Greet service opens at 0500hrs and caters for the last flight departing Heathrow at 2200hrs. The times you enter on your booking must be exact - not approximate and must be in the 24hr clock format. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. Please note: No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
