Security Measures
Your car is parked in the the Business Parking car park which holds the Park Mark award and is fully fenced and floodlit, with 24 hour patrols and CCTV. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.
Arrival Procedures
Our reception is located on Arrivals floor. Follow signs for Valet Parking for lower level, 3rd lane from the terminal building. There is no need to call the driver prior to arriving at the Airport. If you need to contact us on the day of departure, please call 07785 747 238.
Departure Procedures
After clearing customs, call 07785 747 238 . Exit the Arrivals building, take 3rd lane, turn right and our reception is at the end on the right hand side.
Directions
Terminal 4 - Exit M25 at J14 following signs on the roundabout for Heathrow A3113. Go straight ahead at the first roundabout. At the next roundabout continue straight ahead along the Southern Perimeter Road, following signs for Terminal 4. Take the slip road sign posted Terminal 4, following signs for Arrivals for lower level and our Valet Parking reception is located 3rd lane from the terminal building. Information
There are no out of hours supplements. Limited times may be available on certain Bank Holidays, Official Valet Parking will notify of these on re-confirmation. Please also note that cars that have been modified outside of the manufacturer's specification in any way can be refused in accordance with the car parks terms and conditions. First outbound at 05.00 on a daily basis. Customers will not be met before this time. Please note this car park does not operate between the hours of midnight and 05.00

Insurance
The Valet Parking operator indemnifies customers for vehicle damage resulting from any proven act of negligence on the part of its staff.
