Arrival Procedures
Please follow the below terminal specific procedures: Terminal 1 - Follow signs to departures, up the ramp, keep to the left-hand lane, down the slope and left into the Valet Parking bays, to reception. There is no need to call the driver prior to arriving at the airport. If you need to contact us on the day of departure, please call 07956 471302. Terminal 2 - Follow signs to Terminal 2 Departures, take right hand lane to the end, our reception is 100 metres diagonally left. There is no need to call the driver prior to arriving at the airport. If you need to contact us on the day of departure, please call 07956 471302. Terminal 3 - Follow signs to departures past the Short Term car park. Take 2nd lane on the right. Drive to the far end and our Reception is on the right. Park as close as possible. There is no need to call the driver prior to arriving at the airport. If you need to contact us on the day of departure, please call 07956 471302 Terminal 4 - Our reception is located on arrivals floor. Follow signs for Meet and Great Parking for lower level, 3rd lane from the terminal building. There is no need to call the driver prior to arriving at the airport. If you need to contact us on the day of departure, please call 07974 407782. If you have not given us the terminal information at the time of booking then please call 01293 590693 at least 24hrs before arrival to reconfirm.
Departure Procedures
Please follow the below terminal specific procedures: Terminal 1 - Go up to departures, exit the building, down the ramp to reception where your car will be waiting. Terminal 2 - Clear customs then call 07956 471302. Exit terminal, turn left to end of concourse to our Reception. Terminal 3 - Clear customs call 07956 471302. Follow signs through the exit doors and your car will be in the lane adjacent to the bus stops. Terminal 4 - After clearing customs, call 07956 471302 . Exit the arrivals building, take 3rd lane, turn right and our reception is at the end on the right hand side.
Directions
You are met outside the terminal. Aardvark will direct you to where to meet the drivers when you re-confirm your booking on the number provided. To get to the airport terminal the best way is via the M25 junction 15 and then the M4. The following directions are how to reach the Heathrow airport terminals. How to get to Junction 15 of the M25 From the North : Take the M25 via the M40 from Birmingham and Midlands, or the M1 or A1 from the North East. Once on the M25 head west for Heathrow and Gatwick until you reach junction 15. From the West: Take the M4 (from Bristol, Swindon, Reading) and continue until Heathrow. If you're coming from the southwest join the M3 for London and then the M25 north signposted for Heathrow. Come off at junction 15 and join the M4 heading for London and Heathrow. From the South: Take the A23 north for the M23 and London. Join the M23 and continue until the M25. Get on the M25 westbound heading for Heathrow. From the south east join the M20 heading for London. At junction 3 get on the M26 signposted for Heathrow and Gatwick airports. Join the M25 at junction 5. Come off the M25 at junction 15 and join the M4 signposted for Heathrow and London. From the East: Join the M25 via the A13 (Essex), or the M11. Head southbound in the Dartford direction and continue on the M25 to junction 15. Come off the M25 at junction 15 onto the M4 heading for Heathrow and London. From the M25 Junction 15 Join the M4 heading for Heathrow and London. Leave the M4 at Junction 4 and follow signs for Heathrow Airport. Go through the tunnel (just after the miniature Concorde), and then follow signs to your appropriate terminal.

There are no out of hours supplements. Limited times may be available on certain Bank Holidays, Aardvark will notify of these on re-confirmation. Please also note that cars that have been modified outside of the Manufacturer's specification in any way can be refused in accordance with the storage area Terms and Conditions. First outbound at 05.00 on a daily basis. Customers will not be met before this time.
