Arrival Procedures
On entry, take a ticket from barrier and follow signs to the open zone indicated. Make a note of zone and nearest bus stop.
Departure Procedures
On exit, present your ticket at the customer service office located near the exit and quote your booking reference number.
Directions
From M4 at J4 follow signs to Terminal 5 and Business Parking (T5). Turn right onto the Northern Perimeter Road. Business Parking T5 is located after the 2nd roundabout on the right hand side. Exit M25 at J14 following signs to the airport and then signs for Terminal 5 and Business Parking (T5). Turn left into Western Perimeter Road. Business Parking T5 is on the left on the Northern Perimeter Road.
Transfers
Courtesy coach available 24hrs a day, 365 days a year. During off-peak periods (23:30 - 05:00) use intercom at bus stops to request pick up.

There is no requirement to hand in your keys. Please allow 30 minutes on top of your recommended check-in time to arrive at the car park to make the terminal transfer
