Security Measures
The parking compound has CCTV and razor wire fencing around the perimeter with a twenty-four hour security presence. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.
Arrival Procedures
A uniformed member of staff will meet you at the airport and park your vehicle for you in a secure compound for the duration of your booking. All Airparks staff are fully insured in driving your vehicle. The chauffeur will be at the airport 15 minutes before your designated arrival time and will wait 15 minutes after your arrival time. When you are 15 minutes away from the airport, please call 0161 436 3691 - we will endeavour to get a chauffeur to you on your arrival. Your driver will be wearing an Airparks jacket with nametag and will be looking out for your vehicle. If you have not given us the terminal information at the time of booking then please call 0161 436 3691 at least 24hrs before arrival to reconfirm. Terminal 1: On arrival at the airport, please follow the signs for Terminal 1 departures. Following the ramp up into the Multi Storey car park. Unload your luggage and passengers at Level 5 (departures entrance floor) and proceed up to Level 11, where our chauffeur (who will be wearing a blue jacket with a fluorescent orange "High Visibility" waistcoat) will meet you by the entrance to the lifts. Terminal 2: On arrival at the airport, please follow the signs for Terminal 2 departures. Unload your luggage and passengers at departure level in the drop off area (just past the second set of departure doors on the left). Proceed to the end of the departures lane and turn right into the Multi Storey Car park, taking the ramp down to the lower area (Level C), turn right at the bottom of the ramp and our chauffeur (who will be wearing a blue jacket with a fluorescent orange "High Visibility" waistcoat) will meet you there. Terminal 3: On arrival at the airport, please follow the signs for Terminal 3 departures. On the approach to the terminal, at the 1st mini roundabout, take the 3rd exit to the right, into the Multi Storey Car Park and proceed up to Level 5, the roof top of the car park. At the top of the ramp to Level 5, turn left and drive along to the very end, where your chauffeur (who will be wearing a blue jacket with a fluorescent orange "High Visibility" waistcoat) will meet you.
Departure Procedures
Upon your arrival you will be presented with a unique receipt when you check in your vehicle with an Airparks member of staff. This will include full details of your departure procedures and collection of your vehicle. Once you have cleared departures please call the car park to confirm your arrival on 0161 436 3691. Terminal 1: Take the lift from the terminal back up to Level 11 and the chauffeur will return your vehicle to you by the lift doors. Terminal 2: Make your way out of the departure doors and cross to lane 3. The chauffeur will return your vehicle to you outside of the Budget Car Rental offices. Terminal 3: Make your way out of the departure doors and cross over to the car rental offices. Make your way through the doors into the Multi-Storey car park and our chauffeur will return your vehicle to you there.

No transfers are required as this is a Meet & Greet service.
Information
Airparks are unable to carry bikes, surfboards, canoes or other large objects which do not fit onto luggage racks on their buses. If you are bringing large items with you we suggest you drop them off at the airport before parking your car. Remember to check beforehand that your airline will accept them for carriage. It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy, holds a valid MOT certificate and displays a valid road tax licence.
Disabled Facilities
This service is ideal for our disabled customers. Please note that the car park would not be able to drive any adapted vehicles due to insurance and safety regulations.
Insurance
Your vehicle is fully insured to be driven by an Airparks member of staff. Parking is always at the vehicle owner's own risk.
