Security Measures
Manned 24hrs per day. Security fenced and patrolled. CCTV in operation. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle. You are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment.
Arrival Procedures
On arrival at the car park take a ticket at the entrance barrier. Park your car and take a ticket and your confirmation/booking reference with you. Please ensure you keep the ticket and e-mail confirmation/booking reference safe as you will need them on your return.
Departure Procedures
At the exit barrier, press the help button and inform the staff of your booking reference. Please also ensure you have your entry ticket with you.
Directions
Leave M56 at Junction 5 for Manchester Airport. At the traffic lights you will see the Hilton Hotel in front. Follow the signs for Cheadle leaving the Hilton Hotel on your right. At the next roundabout take the second exit, continuing down West Ringway Road. Proceed down this road to the traffic lights at the Total petrol Station, and turn right. Follow Styal Road for a short distance looking out for Manchester Airport Shuttle Park on your right.
Transfers
Shuttle buses run 24 hours, every 15 minutes. Taking approximately 11 minutes. Terminal 1: leave the arrivals hall building and head onto the paved forecourt, where there will be a taxi rank immediately in front of you. The bus stop that will take Shuttle Park customers back to the park itself is just off to the right of the forecourt, and is very well labelled with all destinations. Terminal 2: Leave the arrivals area through any of the exit doors on that level and turn left. Keep going in that direction until you reach the end of the terminal building; the bus stops for all locations are situated here, Shuttle Park's will be clearly marked. Terminal 3: Bus stop is the same for both drop offs and pick ups - directly outside the T3 arrivals area, opposite the Spar shop that is fairly easy to spot, just inside the terminal building.
Information
Please be aware that customers will be met in person by an attendant and directed to their space while the automatic barrier is being fitted. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. Please note: No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.

Our car parks are DDA compliant, so all disabled customers are able to park in suitable places.
