Security Measures
Full CCTV coverage on entry and inside the car park, and 24 hour patrols. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.
Arrival Procedures
Drive up to the entry barrier of the car park where your car registration number will be read and recognised. A ticket will be printed showing your registration and the barrier will lift. Proceed to park your car and obtain a transfer to the airport. Please note that if you have not entered your vehicle registration, this will prolong the time spent for your car park check in. If you experience any difficulties on arrival, please press the call button for assistance. It may help if you have your booking confirmation to hand.
Departure Procedures
Upon your return to the parking compound, drive your vehicle up to the exit barrier. Insert the ticket that was issued on entry to the car park and the barrier will open and you may proceed out of the car park. Should the need arise, please present your booking confirmation and entry ticket to a parking attendant who will assist in your exit. If you experience any difficulties, please press the call button for assistance.
Directions
Stansted Airport is easily accessed from junction 8 of the M11 motorway and then the A120. The M11 can be reached directly from the north east, or via the M25 from the south and west. Those traveling from the midlands and north west will want to take the M1 or M6 onto the M25 before joining the M11 at junction 27. Stansted from the M11 Exit the M11 at J8a (travelling from the south) or J8 (travelling from the north) and follow the signs for Stansted Airport. Take the turn off the A120 named Thremhall Avenue, signposted for Stansted Airport. Follow the road until you reach the Bassingbourn Roundabout. Take the third exit to the right. At the next roundabout take the first exit and you're at Stansted Mid Stay
Transfers
Operate 24 hours, every 5-10 minutes to and from the terminal taking 4-5 minutes.
Information
Parking is at Mid Stay. Please note that parking charges are calculated in periods of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park until the time you depart. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
