Security Measures
Long Term Stansted is fully secured with lighting at night, CCTV, security fencing, 24 hour staff and regular site patrols to keep you and your car safe.
Arrival Procedures
At entry barrier DO NOT press the button to get an entry ticket. Insert same credit card used to make the booking (last 4 digits shown on your confirmation) with the magnetic strip facing down and to the right - A ticket will be issued containing your unique booking reference and the barrier will open. A ticket will NOT be issued if the wrong credit card is used. Either, insert the correct card or press the button to obtain an entry ticket. Follow signs to the open zone. Transfers to and from the airport operate approx. every 20 mins taking 10-15 mins. Allow 45 mins from arrival to enter, park & transfer to terminal.
Departure Procedures
On return go to the pick up point on terminal forecourt to collect the bus. If you entered using your credit card, drive to the exit barrier and insert the entry ticket issued with the booking reference on it. The barrier will open. No money will be taken from your card unless you have stayed longer than booked. If you took an entry ticket you must report to the manned kiosk on exit (blue booth), where your booking will be processed manually. DO NOT insert a credit card at the exit barrier as you will be charged again at the standard gate rate.
Directions
Stansted Airport is easily accessed from the M11 motorway leaving at junction 8 and then the taking A120. The M11 can be taken directly from the north east, or via the M25 from the south and west. Those traveling from the midlands and north west will want to use the M25 via the M1 or M6 before joining the M11 at junction 27. Stansted Long Term Car Park (from South). Move into the left hand lane on the motorway and take the slip road signposted for Stansted Airport. Join the motorway roundabout and take the fourth exit onto Thremhall Avenue. From Thremhall Avenue, join the Priory Wood Roundabout. Take the second exit onto Round Coppice Road. At the next roundabout head straight over. Shortly after this roundabout the entrance to Long Term parking is signposted on the left hand side. Stansted Long Term Car Park (from North). Get into the left hand lane and join the sliproad signposted for Stansted Airport. Go through the tunnel and get in the left hand lane labelled for the A20 East. Take the first turning and follow this road all the way round to the Priory Wood Roundabout. Take the second exit onto Round Coppice Road. At the next roundabout head straight over. Shortly after this roundabout the entrance to Long Term parking is signposted on the left hand side.
Transfers
Operate 24 hours, every 20 minutes and take approximately 10-15 minutes. Please allow 45 minutes for check in and transfer to the airport.
Information
Please note that parking charges are calculated in periods of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park until the time you depart. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.

Parking bays for Blue Badge holders situated in Zone Q. Use help points in bus stops to request pick up for transfer to the terminal. Wheelchair access on courtesy coaches.
