For a service from the airport to the hotel customers should phone the hotel using the freephone located at the hotel information point in the arrivals lounge. For a service from the airport rail station customers should phone using the freephone at the rail station. Parking Inclusive Customers: On the morning of your departure transfers are provided by the hotel. These are available 24 hours a day on a request basis. When returning to Manchester Airport you will be transferred directly to Airparks Gold to collect your car. This secure car park is located opposite Manchester Airport. Transfers run 24 hours a day, seven days a week and are FREE of charge. For transfers from Terminal 1 & 2: Customers will be collected at the Terminal Inter-Change between terminals which is clearly sign posted from either terminal and is easily accessible via the sky walk-ways. For transfers from Terminal 3: Customers will be collected at the first bus stop outside the terminal.
